“Poppies and Progress” is an educational website digitizing the 2018 exhibit of the same name from The Williamson Museum in Georgetown, Texas, documenting the histories, experiences, and stories of Williamson County residents living during World War I. This site includes documents, images, and objects that tell the stories of how the local men, women, and children were affected by the tumultuous years between 1917-1923.
